If for some reason the color or feel are not right for you, simply slip them back into their packaging and contact us for return instructions.

We cannot accept returns of merchandise that are used, laundered, or soiled. Items that are marked "clearance" are not returnable. Health department regulations do not permit us to accept laundered or used bedding including: sheets, comforters, duvets, mattress pads, pillowcases, pillows, etc. If your order contains bed sheets or a duvet cover set, these are only returnable if they have not been unfolded. Orders with Bed Sheets or Duvet Cover Sets that have been unfolded, used, or washed are not returnable.
