Description

Make/Model:  Otto Models BMW M3 E30 1987 Tour De Corse Rally Car.  Code/Ref: OT558. Scale: 1:18.  Limited Edition No: 2157 of 2250 pieces - this model has sold out and is not available from the manufacturer! This is a resin model so no opening doors or boot etc. 

Model Condition:  In my view the model is Mint and the outer white box is Near Mint (it has a light crease to the box top (only really visible when held up to the light) and a small indent mark to the box top edge which are both factory production issues). See my Gradings below. A number of these models came direct to me from Otto Models, it has been in long term storage and it has only been recently opened for the photographs and to check for any factory production issues to ensure the model you receive is spot on and it has been carefully repacked and comes with both the white outer Otto box and even the outer brown trade carton. This model has now sold out and given it's limited production run is going to become difficult to get hold of.   In my view the model would make a superb display piece and a great addition to a collection. Unlike many sellers (particularly of diecast) I use Supersize photo's so you can see exactly what you are getting especially as they show every detail!  As a diecast collector myself I am aware that model condition is a personal view although I will only ever use Mint when the model really merits it! Mint - Item in perfect condition.  Near Mint - Item almost perfect, imperfections very minor.  Excellent - The item will have had careful use, with only small imperfections.  Good - The item will have had more use, showing obvious imperfections.   Fair - The item will have heavy signs of wear, showing major imperfections.  Poor - The item will be in a very distressed condition, with many faults.
