CNC Laser cut from an custom blended Aerospace Grade impact resistant poly-resin acrylic material that exceeds ASTM specifications and has similar properties to material used in aircraft windshields. Superior to store grade polycarbonate that some use. It is manufactured by a Plastics Engineering Company with 15yrs experience. Windshield is shipped with a pre-bonded protection layer on each side. The windshield ships flat & is formed when installed. Its designed to do this & 1000's have been sold ! The windshield installs using stock hardware and comes with installation instructions.
