DESCRIPTION: Pink Floyd- Meddle. 1st UK pressing with A1U/B1U matrix, "The Gramophone " label text, textured gatefold sleeve (inside and out) and correct white poly lined inner sleeve. .LABEL AND CATALOGUE NUMBER: Harest SHVL 795.:YEAR OF RELEASE: 1971. COUNTRY OF RELEASE: UK: CONDITION (VINYL/COVER): VG/G+. Vinyl is clean with a decent sheen, some light hairlines and brushing lines. Played passages of this this morning on my budget deck. Sits perfectly flat on turntable. Plays VG and better at times. Music is clean and loud with occasional ticks. The first track on side 1 has a repetitive tick in the intro for around 1 minute. Cover is in average shape. It is firm and square and has light to moderate edge wear (2" split to centre of rear top edge ), moderate corner wear and light creasing. Inside of gate fold is clean. Please bear in mind you may get a touch of background sound, even if its just on intros and between the tracks on 30-40 year old vinyl records!! :: MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface mark or deterioration in the sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in the sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing. VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover, or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable. GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound has noticably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding,scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration etc. I will at times use a + or - to indicate when a record falls between the grades. I REMOVE ALL VINYL FROM SLEEVES PRIOR TO POSTING. RECORDS ARE SENT IN BEST QUALITY MAILERS WITH 2 STIFFENERS. I ALWAYS COMBINE POSTAGE BUT COST DEPENDS ENTIRELY ON WEIGHT OF PACKAGE.
