You are purchasing an HO - Athearn #1197 "New York Central (NYC) Rotary Snow Plow - Kadee Coupler."

This car appears to be complete with all it's small parts and in excellent condition. However, the rubber bands do need replaced.

This car was recently pulled from an HO train layout, so it does still have some "light dust" on it. I removed the heavy dust, but the final cleaning I will leave to the successful purchaser.

This is a nice atheran kit with Kadee Coupler - fully assembled and ready to run, once the rubber bands are replaced!
