Check this out - here's the start of a costume for the guy or gal who wears a size XL.  Please check the measurements and note that they are all taken laying flat, unstretchced.  This costume has a lot of spandex so add another 2" or so to all the measurements.  It is 21" underarm-to-underarm, 33" inseam and 65" outside shoulder to bottom.  The costume has attached hands and feet - don't know what happened to the mask but you can be creative with that.  It's in excellent condition - never worn - zips up the back - well made - not that flimsy material.
