Our murals are intended for interior use only but may be used outside in areas that do not receive direct sunlight. If you live in an area that freezes, we recommend our commercial glass tiles.

Every mural we produce is made to order, individually handcrafted, specifically for you. Upon receipt of your payment, your mural will be put into production and will typically ship within 5 business days (excluding Saturday and Sunday). Your mural will be professionally packaged to ensure safe delivery to you. However, if you receive a broken tile, we'll promptly replace it at no charge.

Installation/Maintenance
We make assembling your mural easy by providing an installation grid map that shows our simple to follow numbering system. We also provide an information sheet which has general information regarding recommended adhesives, grouts, and sealants. When cleaning your ceramic or tumbled marble tiles, we recommend a glass cleaner or multi-purpose cleaner with a soft cloth.
Our glass tiles are unique in that the artwork is unfused on the underside of the tiles. This prevents wear and abrasion to the artwork once the mural has been installed. These tiles are rated for residental and commercial floor use, so any cleaning product recommended for floor use is acceptable.
