Product description;

NEW FROM JJB ELECTRONICS COMES THE FIRST OF OUR NEW ARTIST SERIES, “THE PRESTIGE 330”

This system utilizes a triple piezo configuration for a crisp sound. The three-piezo configuration offers a few advantages over single and double piezo systems. Having three piezo’s affords you the opportunity to place them at three different points on the soundboard thus resulting in an improved dynamic range due to the fact that they transmit the resonance found at more than one point. These special surface transducers are under less pressure than under saddle pickups thus decreasing the likelihood of them transmitting a percussive or harsh sound. Each piezo is designed to pick up a string pair as well as the resonance found in a significant amount of the soundboard. These do not "fade" or distort at high volume or with high-power systems. The highs are crystal clear while the lows are what they should be, low! This pickup configuration is offered in several high end guitars. All of our products feature quality components and construction. These utilize a premium quality Switchcraft style 1/4” nickel plated end-pin jack.. This system will give you a very “clean” install for those who do not want to compromise the integrity of their beloved instrument. The end-pin jack also doubles as a strap button. These will work great in a variety of instruments. Mandolins, ukulele’s, bass guitars, banjo’s, violins, dobro’s, dulcimers, stomp boxes, etc. The possibilities are endless! These, like all of our systems, can be installed in about 15 minutes! They are a very simple and inexpensive means of turning your acoustic instruments in to acoustic electric. Please don’t let the price fool you though! Read on….

These are built using very high quality 15mm piezo's. Check out our listing for the 20mm option if you are interested in that size. This
configuration is designed for guitars which do not provide enough space on the bridgeplate to allow for the bigger sized piezo's. Both systems have a
very similar tone but the smaller system provides a little less output than the bigger sized system. In many cases this slight difference is negated by the
higher resonance of a smaller bridgeplate. Both sizes can be used with or without a preamp with fantastic results. The 15mm size is ideal if you desire a less
defined bass and mid-range output. They are designed for more resonant guitars or ones with thinner soundboards. The 20mm size is the best choice for a 12 string guitar.

What sets us apart;

The specially formulated potting (rubberized coating) that is applied to our transducers "stiffens" them up just enough to cut the likelihood of feedback down to almost impossible, yet the consistency of the material used in this process allows the transducers to still pick up a significant amount of resonance from the soundboard. Nobody else does this quite like we do and that is where we have a leg up on the other guys. 9 times out of 10, any cases of feedback or any other unwanted noise can be attributed to a compatibility issue with other gear that is used, which is also rare.

                                                                                                                                             Customization;

Please do not hesitate to ask if you have any special requests. We are capable of building endless variations of any configuration that we offer. We can usually customize cable lengths free of charge. Additional piezo’s can be added to any system purchased for a fee of $5.00 each. Please note that by doing this you are not getting an additional system, you are just adding an additional piezo to the pickup configuration that you are purchasing. We keep a large variety of jacks and connectors on hand. We should be able facilitate any request that you might have. We have also built many systems from the ground up for several luthiers. We are confident that we can work with you to develop the best system to suit your specific needs.

Value;

We are confident enough with our products that we are willing to put them up against any others out there! They are the most natural sounding pickup systems on the market today. Bold statement but we stand behind it. These will easily rival systems costing up to four times as much.

Customer Testimony;

We can talk all day long about how great our products are, but of course we have a biased opinion! Please do not take our word for it, our customer testimony and feedback speaks for itself. We have had several of our customers who have done side-by-side comparisons with such big names as K&K, Shadow, Dean Markley, Martin, etc. The results have been overwhelming. Please feel free to google our products. You can read customer testimony for days! There are several discussions about these in forums, blogs, etc. Here is what a few of our customers have to say;

Hi, Jessie-just a note to tell you how happy I am with the pickups
I've bought from you. I installed the latest one in a 20-odd year
old Fender Concord acoustic of my sister's, and it actually
sounds better than my more expensive guitar in which I installed
a Shadow (marketed by Gibson)top-sensing piezo 2 years ago.
And it was less than half the price! I don't know how you do it, but
keep it up-you're on my favorites list.

I just wanted to let you know I received my order (PPS200) today.
Thank you!!! I had an old Alvarez guitar that didn't have a
pickup but sounded great by itself. Now I can plug it in and it
doesn't lose any of its great acoustic sound. Great product!!! It is
so simple to install too. Anyway just wanted to let you know how
much I like your product and look forward to doing more
business with you in the future. Thanks
A Very Satisfied Customer,
Randal Richards

Dear Jessie, I just wanted to say how much I appreciate your
pickups and what they have done for my guitars. Your pickups
are by far the best on the market and they are the only ones that
I use on all of my guitars. They are very much a part of the Red
Dog sound that cannot be achieved any import or domestic
pickups available on the market. My customers are proud to
know that your pickups are both completely hand-wired and
made in America. In today’s changing times, our economy
needs more qualified craftsman such as yourself and your
product is invaluable to the music industry. Through the good
times and the bad you have been there for me and made every
single pickup as if it was your most important one and I firmly
believe it’s the reason for my company’s success. You are the
backbone of Red Dog Guitars and because my guitars are built
around your pickups is the reason my guitars are so great. I have
tried everything on the market from Mighty Mite to K&K, all the
way up to overpriced Fishman and nothing delivers such a full
range in both sound and signal. I look forward to many more
years of both a close friendship and product alliance as I’m in
firm belief that your pickups are the BEST!  John McNair, Red Dog
Guitars 2006

Hi Jesse, just writing to let you know how i got on with your Prestige, self-fit pick-up.I followed the instructions from your web site. Very easy to follow and understand.It took no time at all! I used a 13mm wood bit, on a very slow speed, and Super Glue Gel. It was sooo simple! The sound is just superb... can't believe how effective it is.  I'm running my guitar through a Fender BXR 25 Bass practice amp... I'm a bass player, what can i say. I like full bassy sound! It sounds quite stunning! I'm very very surprised! You're producing top quality equipment at budget prices! The rock box compliments the over all very well. I love my 'cheapo' Samick 12 string and now it sounds even better! WOW! In this time of economic depression it's really great to find a success story... and boy should you be successful!  You really are producing a great product at an unbelievable price! I may just purchase a few more from you as future protection against your success and obvious price hike! LOL!

Thank you Jessie, you Rock!

Gary 'Mitch' Mitchell

I wanted to say thanks for the great service! I used the pickup last
night at a show and it sounded amazing. It was very natural and
it had plenty of output. You do a hell of a job, this is my 3rd
pickup I have bought from you and I will be back for more.
Thanks again!
Adam Townsend

Hi Jessie,
I received my pickup in the mail today and I am absolutely
thrilled with it. The quality is outstanding. The price was
incredible and the customer support that you gave was first rate
and I can't compliment you enough for that. You just don't find
that these days. I will be sure to tell my musician friends about
your web site and hope that I can send some business your way.
I don't spend much money but if the need arises I will certainly
be a repeat customer. Let me reiterate; I am absolutely thrilled
with my purchase and I mean THRILLED! Can't thank you
enough. I really appreciate the price to quality ratio. I almost feel
guilty. :) I am pretty financially deficient so it really means a lot to
me. Sorry to ramble but I'm really impressed.
Thanks again,
Jeff
