SHIPPING / PICKUP OPTIONS:

DEGSTOYS uses a private courier or FedEx/Air21 for nearby customers. You must provide a valid residential or commercial "ship to" address when ordering. Available (on hand) items usually ship within 2-3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information (if applicable) when your order has been shipped.

Pre-order items ship 2-3 business days upon shipment arrival in Manila. Pre-ordered items may be charged 1-2 weeks before the items arrive to avoid delays at the time of shipment.

All shipping costs will be calculated upon finalizing the order. Shipping costs are pro-rated to item size & weight. Rates start at P100.00 within Metro Manila, while orders outside Metro Manila will incur additional shipping charges.

Pickup can be scheduled to save on shipping. Exact details (date/time) for pickup will be provided upon finalization of order.

FREE Delivery* Policy:
