If you have received a defective item or not as described, please contact us for an RMA# within 14 calendar days for an exchange. Returned items should be packed in an outer shipping carton, products must be returned in NEW condition as shipped from the manufacturer. This includes: boxes, instruction manuals and blank cards. Products returned without factory original packaging will be subject to a 15% restocking fee or maybe higher, the restocking percentage will depend on the condition of the returned product. Shipping and handling are not refundable. The standard shipping fees will be deducted from the amount of the original charge for all items returned that qualified for "Free Shipping" in the first place. Refusing delivery is not acceptable & will be treated as an unauthorized return and you will be charged double the shipping cost + 5% restocking fees.
