UK Deliveries
We offer free UK delivery on all TDS purchases. All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail first class and should arrive within 1-3 working days from dispatch date, however it is not a guarenteed service and can take longer to be delivered, please give up to 7 working days from dispatch date. Within that time please contact your local Royal Mail sorting office as it maybe there for collection, your name and address is all that you will need to check with Royal Mail.

Click and Collect
We offer click and collect on all of our listings, simply purchase as normal and choose the Argos store for collection and your purchase will be sent by Royal Mail first class to your desired Argos store, Argos will then inform you when this is ready for collection.

European and International Deliveries
All European and International deliveries are dispatched through eBay's global shipping program, we dispatch to eBay in the UK by Royal Mail first class and eBay then send your purchase on by tracking service.

Deliveries not received
After 7 working days please contact us through eBay "Ask a question" and we will respond within 24 hours (Weekdays). Please include your sales order number and any other information.

Wrong product received

Please note this only happens on very rare occasions through our automated packing system.

Goods that are faulty on arrival
Please return the faulty item for either a refund or replacement.
You must return the faulty item within 30 days of purchase

Goods faulty during use
If your item becomes faulty during use please, contact us through eBay "Ask us a question" we will then give you the relevant information to obtain a replacement or repair from the manufacturer.

Changed your mind on your purchase (Unwanted item)
Unwanted items must be returned, unopened in original retail packaging and the seal must be intact.
Return postage must be paid for by the customer. Any items returned open, seal broken, or not in original unopened retail packaging will be subject to a 20% restocking charge.
