Payment
Paypal is the quickest and easiest way for you to get your item. Once you have chosen your item you should complete the checkout system through eBay and will only have to enter your personal information only.
Cheques & Postal Orders
We do accept cheques and postal orders. Please note cheques take at least 14 days to process and your item will not be shipped until cheques have cleared and processed. If you wish to pay by either of these methods please make payable to Two Bare Feet Ltd and send to Unit 2 Amberon House, 22 Aspen Way, Paignton, Devon.

Delivery
We aim to make sure the postage costs are fair and only cover the expenses necessary to get your product to you. We are able to offer combined shipping for multiple purchases, please confirm with us before payment. Our preferred delivery method is via Royal Mail, however we also use Interlink, DHL or other couriers depending on the weight, size and quantity of some items.
We do ship internationally, please be aware of the extended delivery times this may incurr. |
Returns
Most Buy it now purchases are covered under the Distance Selling Regulations. If you buy online or by phone, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one in writing within 7 working days of receipt. Two Bare Feet are not responsible for service transit time, which are provided by the carrier, excludes weekends and holidays, and may vary with destination. Returns can take 1-3 days to process depending on peak periods.
If you are in a hurry for an exchange item, we suggest you make a new order and send the unwanted item back for a refund - this is by far a faster process for both us as sellers and you as a buyer.
Please note we are unable to refund delivery for returned items and return postage costs are at your own expense. |
