For international customers (where first class shipping is an available option): We highly recommend priority mail international as the delivery time is 5-15 days approx. If you choose to use first class mail, the item could take as long as 60 days to arrive or more. Only use this method if you are prepared to wait for the item(s) to arrive.

Or our shipping department may combine the items at time of shipment, but they cannot issue refunds, etc, on shipping, and may not let customer service know that they combined your items. For our international customers: please do not ask us to alter customs documents or shipping forms, etc. We cannot lower the value on the documents to help you get around customs fees. We are very sorry that some of our customers live where they have to pay these fees, but we can do nothing about those fees, as they are not shipping fees or anything we receive money from. They are a government fee that your country decides to charge on imports. It is illegal for us to alter forms in any way,and we will not do so. Please decide before purchasing if you are willing to pay those fees to order our items, or contact your local postal/customs office to see if your country charges those fees. WE DO NOT ISSUE FREE REPLACEMENTS ON DECALS DAMAGED DURING INSTALLATION, EVEN IF VIDEOS WERE VIEWED, ETC. IF YOU FEEL YOU CANNOT PROPERLY INSTALL THE DECALS AFTER WATCHING THE VIDEOS, WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND CONSULTING A PROFESSONAL TO DO SO. FOR OUR WICKED TOUGH DECALS: IF DECALS FAIL BECAUSE VIDEOS WERE NOT VIEWED AND/OR PROPER INSTALLATION PROCEDURES WHERE NOT FOLLOWED THE GUARANTEE IS NULL AND VOID AND REPLACEMENTS WILL NOT BE ISSUED!

Returns are only accepted on decals that are returned unremoved from their backers/unused/like new. Decals that are used, etc, are not eligible for return/refund. Please check all kits prior to installation and contact regarding any errors, etc, prior to use.

Any kits or decals or parts returned for anything other than a mistake on our part will incur a 15% restocking fee and also the original shipping amount will also be deducted from the return. Again, this is if the mistake is on our part. Returns due to customer regret/changed mind, did not like color (all monitors display colors differently so the color might be different (a shade or two usually depending on your monitor settings), ordered the wrong kit/model/year, etc will be charged the restocking fee and original shipping will also be deducted from the refund as that is a cost we cannot "get back" from USPS once the item shipped.
