All our product prices are listed in UK Sterling (or as otherwise selected) and are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
 
Orders: When placing an order, the order confirmation e-mail is an acknowledgement of your order and not of fulfilment or dispatch.
 
Delivery and shipping rates are subject to change at any time. We strive to reach dispatch deadlines as quoted on our Delivery Information page. Once an order has been dispatched we cannot take responsibility for a delay in shipment. This responsibility falls on the selected courier which will be made known to you in the Confirmation of Dispatch e-mail.
 
Custom Duties: The Customer shall pay us for the Service in full and shall pay all applicable VAT and other taxes imposed on charges for services made under the agreement. If your destination is outside of the EU, you will be liable for all import duties, customs, and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; therefore payment will be required by customs to release your order. We recommend that you investigate potential charges before placing your order, as different countries have variable procedures.
 
We will not take responsibility for any charges, fees or duties and not accept refunds relating to this.

Returns

We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you're not, for whatever reason, you can return your item within 14 days of receipt, as long as it is unused and in it's original packaging.
We will refund onto the card or the PayPal account that was used to make your purchase. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund postage charges.

Parcels are returned at your own cost, and we strongly recommend you send via a tracked service or obtain a free certificate of postage from the Post Office. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned.
 
Please note items specially cut to order are not returnable.
 
EXCHANGING AN ITEM
 
We do not currently offer exchanges. Please return your goods as above for a refund and make a separate order from our website.
 
FAULTY ITEMS
 
In the unfortunate event of an item being faulty, we will offer a full refund.  If you have identified the fault within 30 days of purchase, you can return the item under our normal returns procedure for a refund.  
We will refund any original postage on a faulty item, and ensure you are reimbursed for standard return postage on the item.
 
INCORRECT ITEMS
 
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact our Customer Services Team on 01453 750 660 or email us via the eBay messages and they will arrange for the correct item to be posted to you. Please return the incorrect item to

We will refund postage costs on the basis that the item/s has been sent via First/Second Class Royal Mail.
 
REFUND PROCESS
 
Once you have received an email to confirm your parcel has been delivered we will process the refund within 2-5 working days. Please note that this can sometimes take longer to appear in your bank account.
