Terms of Sale

Payments:  Please complete the ebay checkout at end of auction and let me know how and when you plan to pay. If you are bidding on other items you would like to have shipped together, please see the section below on Combined Shipping.  If you have any special instructions for the shipping and handling of your package, please contact me in a separate email IMMEDIATELY AFTER PURCHASE (NOT A DAY LATER), do not use the notes section of your Paypal payment.  Much of my shipping process is automated and it is easy to miss special intructons in the comments/notes section of a paypal payment...so anything important, please bring it to my attention in a separate email! If you do not receive a confirmation reply from me, do not assume I have read your special notes and can honor them.  Please be sure to include your ebay id or the ebay item number and your shipping address with your payment. I will ship ONLY to your confirmed Paypal address. 

If checkout is not complete by the 7th day, I will be filing a dispute with ebay. Exceptions to this policy will be made, provided you contact me, let me know your intentions, and I reply confirming your requested exception is acceptable to me. If I do not reply and confirm your request is acceptable, do not assume I have received your message.  I am very flexible as long as I know what is going on.  Auctions in which buyer does not complete checkout and does not pay within 10 of auction closing date, and has not contacted me via any other means, will be relisted and I will file a dispute with ebay.

Shipping:  During the holiday season, in the months of November and December, I ship all packages daily, Monday through Friday.  Throughout the rest of the year, I ship all packages at least twice a week.  If you need something urgently and it cannot wait until my next shipping day, I would be happy to make an exception.  PLEASE email me in a separate email from your paypal payment to make sure I can accommodate your request.  If I do not reply to your email to confirm, do not assume I have received your message. Feel free to ask me any special requests before the end of the auction to make sure I can accommodate.

All packages are shipped with delivery confirmation included. You will receive an email containing the Delivery Confirmation number when your package is shipped. The email will also contain a link to the tracking information for that delivery confirmation number on the USPS website. HOWEVER, my local Post Office does NOT scan packages upon receipt. The Delivery Confirmation will only be updated on the USPS website when the package has been DELIVERED.

Combined Shipping: Combined shipping will be calculated at end of auction based on the total weight of all items being shipped.  I will combine shipments for auctions won over a 7 day period provided you do the following:

International Shipping:

International Buyers – Please Note:

• Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

• Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

• These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

• We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

• International bidders should contact me for correct shipping charges prior to sending payment.  

Returns:  I do not accept returns unless I have GROSSLY misrepresented an item in my auction listing.  In cases where I have not mentioned something is MISSING from an item, no refund will be made, full or partial. I always include several pictures of all angles of an item and missing pieces not mention in the listing will not be considered an oversight. If you are expecting something to be included in an auction or item you are buying, please feel free to ask questions before the end of the auction.

In cases where I have missed mentioning a major flaw or problem in a listing due to an oversight, I will gladly refund entire purchase price upon return of the item.  Please contact me before returning any item.  Item being returned must be in the same condition in which it was received.  For clothing items, my listing description applies to the condition of the clothing at the time it is received ONLY, not after laundering or wearing the item.  I cannot possibly list any and all situations that may occur in the future (If I could predict the future, I wouldn't be selling items on ebay...).  Any questions on this return policy should be asked prior to bidding. 

Feedback:  I will leave all bidders positive feedback immediately upon receiving your payment. Once you have received your item and are happy with your purchase, please be sure to leave your 5-star positive feedback. If for any reason, you feel I did not earn all 5 stars in any category, please contact me so I can try to make it right. Before leaving negative or neutral feedback, please contact me first...anyone leaving negative or neutral feedback before contacting me does not qualify for any type of refund or return. Also, occassionally, there are times when I step away from the computer for a weekend or a few days to spend time with my family, so please allow at least a week after contacting me before leaving negative or neutral feedback. I always get back to everyone so if I do not, there is usually a good reason.
