RESTOCKING FEES AND RETURNS:
A few words about our Restocking fee. We have been selling on eBay since 2004 and the selling rules on eBay have changed many times. One of the latest changes is that sellers MUST refund shipping fees on all Returned merchandise. In some cases that is warranted, like an item not as described. But this change has hurt sellers with a Return option more than the Sellers with No Return option. It creates an 'Approval Service' business model for sellers with a Return option, and that is not what Mobile Bay Coins is all about. We provide the best photos and descriptions as possible and we include our business phone number in every listing. If you have a question or comment about an item, please contact us before making the purchase.
eBay does not require Sellers to allow returns, it is up to the individual sellers. That being said, we believe in having a return policy, but need the ability to recover our shipping and handling cost on returns. In most cases when item(s) are returned, we only want to recover the postage cost so we will adjust the Restocking fee as to 'charged accordingly' in most cases.
LISTING ERRORS: We reserve the right to make a full refund if we find that a purchase was made on an item that had an error in the listing.
COMBINED PAYMENT TERMS: Paying for Combined Auctions using on-line Payment Services: Please note, if you are paying online (PayPal or any other service) for combined listings, you must make ONE combined Payment for all items.
