At this time we only ship to the 48 Contiguous States of America. We are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and APO/FPO. 

For larger items we can only ship to a street address they can not be shipped to PO Box addresses.

Orders will be processed and shipped within 1business day Monday through Friday. Standard shipping time is 1 to 3 Business Days to a street address. Shipping to PO Box address can take 2 to 6 business days.

If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return your item(s) to us within 30 days of the purchase date. Unless otherwise stated in the listing.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return your item(s) to us within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. Unless otherwise stated in the listing. If the item gets there and you do not want the item or change your mind you will need to return the item to us in the same unused condition as received. The Buyer pays the return shipping and the original shipping and handling is non-refundable. Within 3 business days from receipt of your return, we will issue a credit to your PayPal account. Items returned to us as undeliverable will incur a 10% restocking fee and the original shipping and handling is non-refundable. 

If your purchase is defective or damaged during shipping, buyer must contact us through eBay messaging within 7 days of receipt. We will send you pre-paid return label to exchange the defective item. Replacement item is shipped once the defective or damaged item is received back and contents confirmed.
