No1 Golf shop's fitting centre offers a state of the art fitting experience delivered by PGA Professionals. The centre offers the very latest in manufacture specific fitting methods; Cobra Custom Fit, Mizuno Swing DNA, Ping AFS & TaylorMade Select Fit. In addition we are host to one of only two certified "Cleveland Centres of Excellence" in the UK.
All sessions are carried out incorporating the use of "Flight Scope 3D Doppler Tracking Radar Technology". Consequently enabling us to offer a quite unique fitting experience allowing, analysis of varying product ranges to the greatest depth.

Shipping
Large/Heavy items are shipped out the SAME DAY providing they have been paid for BEFORE OUR DAILY COURIER COLLECTION, if not they will be shipped the next working day. We use Parcel Force & Yodel 48 hours SIGNED for courier service.
We use 1st & 2nd Class Recorded Royal Mail for smaller items. If purchased BEFORE 4:00pm your goods will be dispatched the same day with Royal Mail. Orders placed AFTER 4:00pm will be dispatched on the next working day. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
Whilst most items will be dispatched within one working day, please allow 2-3 days for delivery within the UK, 5-7 days for Northern Ireland & Republic of Ireland.
Returns
PLEASE NOTE - We do not refund any postage costs, either outgoing or incoming, on items the buyer wishes to return unless the item delivered is not as described or damaged. We will ONLY accept returns if the product is in the same condition it left us. (Not used/hit, tags still attached)
Packaging
At No1 Golf Shop, we want you to receive your purchase in the same condition it left us. We package it well & only use good quality cardboard boxes.
We Don't make any money on our courier service. We also do our best not to make any money from the postage costs of Royal Mail.
Items lost or damaged
If you have received an email from us informing you that your item has been dispatched but you have not received your order within 5 working days in the UK , please contact us on 01785 760868 or email us with your eBay name & Item number and we will resolve the problem as soon as possible.
For lost or damaged items we usually replace them straightaway if they are still available in stock or you will have the option to choose another item or a full refund. We will fill out any necessary claims forms with Yodel or at the Post Office on your behalf and liaise with the correct Postal service to achieve a satisfactory outcome.
