Payments are due within 2 days of the end of auction date. If payment is not received, an unpaid item case will be opened. If payment is not submitted by the sixth day, the item will be relisted and an unpaid item claim will be reported. Once this unpaid item claim has closed, the item is no longer available to purchase and we are no longer able to accept payment.

We only ship to the lower 48 United States. We do not ship FedEx packages to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, or Alaska.
We do not ship outside of the United States, or to freight forwarding companies.

Bidding on or attempting to purchase our items if you live in any of these locations or meet these restrictions will result in your payment being refunded and the transaction canceled.
Our items are shipped from multiple locations throughout the United States. The typical transit time for FedEx is 2-5 business days after the item leaves our warehouse. We are not able to guarantee combined shipping even if multiple items are paid with the same payment.
We do not offer local pick-up.
All items above $250 require a signature at delivery. No exceptions.
All packages that are returned to us by FedEx as undeliverable are subject to an additional shipping charge to re-ship the item. If we attempt to contact you and do not receive a response within 3 days of receiving the item, your transaction will be subject to cancellation.
It is the buyer\'s responsibility to make sure the address they send with their payment is their current and correct address. We are not responsible for packages that are shipped to the incorrect address due to buyer error. The shipping feature we use automatically pulls the shipping address information provided by the buyer into the system, so please double check that all of your information is correct before sending your payment.
In the checkout process, we require a phone number to be added to the transaction as our delivery company requires a phone number to be added to all packages.
If you would like to return an item due to functionality issues or damage from shipping, we may require images of the issue to be sent through the eBay member to member communication system before providing an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
We accept returns for buyer’s remorse for up to 14 days following receipt of an item. In situations such as this, it is the buyer’s responsibility to pay for shipping and return the item in the original condition they received it in.
We are not responsible for providing packaging material or any additional cost incurred by the customer for packaging material required for the return of any item.
If the item is not packaged properly to arrive in the condition it was originally sent in, it is subject to being returned to the buyer or may not be eligible for a full refund.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for different items.
For functionality, this item comes with a 60-day warranty from our company. If you encounter a problem, please contact us with a detailed description of the issue so we can assist you. If we are unable to assist you through email, we will issue an RMA form, and in some cases a prepaid label, to have you send the item back for a replacement. If a replacement is needed, you will receive the same model as the item you won. Our warranty expires 60 days from the date of delivery.
If an item cannot be replaced due to lack of inventory, a refund will be issued in place of an exchange.
Refunds for any returned item will be provided at the discretion of the seller.

We encourage our buyers to purchase a SquareTrade warranty for coverage of 1 year. This warranty begins coverage after our 60 day warranty expires.
Turnaround time once the non-working item is received is 1-3 business days, depending on the extent of testing required.
We require the original unit to be sent back before a replacement can be sent and will not provide exceptions to this rule. If we have not yet received your original item, no replacement will be sent.
