Economy Delivery is sent via Royal Mail Tracked (48 hour service from dispatch)

Express Delivery is sent via DPD Courier (24 hour delivery from dispatch)

Please note in the event that any item does not arrive in the times stated above, for uk items not delivered we have to allow 15 working days (3 weeks ) before royal mail will consider items lost for us to claim on insurance for international items we have to allow 25 working days (5 weeks) before we can refund or replaced for you. Should this happen a form will be sent for you to complete and return to us.

Returns

We accept any item back within 7 working days of the date of delivery as long as the item is still in the same condition the customer received it in for a refund less the cost of sending the item to you please contact karl@gamesbite.com for further information.

In the event that your item is faulty we offer an exchange policy on all items, all you have to do is return the item to our returns address shown below along with the fault you encountered and your ebay user id, item number and postage receipt(copies available from the post office counter) and we will have a replacement sent out to you as soon as one is available.

All our products sold new have 12 months manufactures warranty with them for the first 28 days you are able to send the item back to us for repair or replacement after the 28 days have passed you will need to send the item back direct to the manufacture to repair or replace for you we will however be able to assist with contact information for you please email jax@gamesbite.com for further information on this.
