• We ship all orders using USPS or FedEx services (we will choose at our discretion).
• We will provide a tracking number directly to eBay within 24 business hours after an item has shipped. We will send a confirmation email with shipping carrier details to the email address on file with PayPal.
• Customer is responsible for being home or arranging delivery. If package is undeliverable or refused, 15% restocking fee will be deducted from refund.
• International Customers: We declare the full value of the item. We will not declare as a gift. Customer is responsible for all custom fees, taxes or any other charges.
• All packages under $250 will not have a signature required.
• All packages above $250 will have an indirect signature required.
• Any TV 31" or greater will have an indirect signature required.
• TV's over 46" may be shipped via LTL Freight. You must be home for delivery and a valid phone number is required. Freight shipments include delivery to your home only. Any additional delivery requests have an additional charge that you are responsible for.

Return Policy

• If no manufacturers warranty is specified in the listing description there is a 60 day warranty directly through us for replacement or refund. We will exchange defective or damaged products within this warranty period. The warranty begins on the day you receive the item. If we are out of stock a full refund will be issued. • If a manufacturers warranty is specified in the listing all technical issues will need to go through the manufacturer before a return or exchange RMA will be given. For details about the warranty or who to contact please check the manufacturers website.
• If a Manufacturers Warranty is included on an item, it is valid inside of USA only.
• 14 day return policy on all unopened items beginning on the day you receive the item. If you purchase an item by mistake and/or decide it isn’t for you, you may return for a refund. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
• New items must be returned in original, unopened packaging, when applicable. For items with a manufacturer or factory seal, the seal must be unbroken and intact.Original shrink wrap must still be on item. Software keys must be unused. Items missing a serial number or UPC can't be returned.
• Customer is responsible for shipping charges when returning an item for a refund.
• If an item is damaged in transit, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the package.
