Important information about vinyl records below...

Please note that not all NEW Vinyl Records are sealed or wrapped by the record label. You will receive your record in the exact same condition as it was supplied to us.

If you would like your record to be taken out of the sleeve and packaged separately to avoid any potential seam splits, please add an order note when you checkout. Otherwise, it will be shipped as normal.

If you would like to purchase more than 1 record records, then we can offer a postage or product discount. Please send us an email for a quote, or purchase your items and wait for a combined invoice.

Item is faulty

If you suspect the item you have received is faulty, then please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We require all faulty items to be returned to us to be assessed before we refund them and return them to the label.

Item is damaged

All of our records are packed in record mailers with stiffeners, or cruciforms to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. However, damage can occassionally occur in transit. If your item has arrived damaged, then please notify us as soon as possible.

Item is unwanted

You can return items up to 14 days after they are delivered to you. They must be returned in the condition they were sent in. Any sealed items which have been opened will be deemed to be used and are not eligible for return unless they are faulty.

Item has not arrived

Please allow 1-2 working days for items to be despatched. Once items have been sent, they usually arrive within 2-5 working days. If you select a Standard service, then delivery dates are not guaranteed and are subject to postal delays which are beyond our control. Refunds and replacements will only be issued 15 working days after the postage date, due to Royal Mail's postal loss policies.

Delivery Services

We offer free Standard 2nd Class delivery on all UK orders. International Delivery is offered on most items. If no price is displayed, then please contact us for a custom quote. We use Royal Mail Airmail on small items, and various international couriers on larger items. We also a range of postage upgrades, should you require a tracking number or expedited delivery.

We don't think the clinical sound and underwhelming packaging of Compact Discs, or the soulless digital compression of MP3S even bears comparison to owning a satisfying, weighty piece of audiophile wax.
