All of my timepieces are thoroughly checked and tested to ensure all functions work as they should. No unwelcome surprises here!
Most of my watches are virtually new and will arrive ready to wear without any further investment (sizing to your wrist being the obvious exception). This is in *stark* contrast to most watches on Ebay, which are often time-consuming and expensive projects.
Sizing: Sizing is a normal part of the watch buying experience. Although approximate measurements are provided in the auction, the reality is that you will never know *for sure* how a watch is going to fit until you get a chance to try it on in person. Links are generally available from the manufacturer if necessary, and with rare exceptions I can typically source them for you as well. Please feel free to contact me directly for more info.
Return Policy: Quality is my highest priority, so I will go out of my way to resolve any situation where there is a bonafide defect with the item that wasn't disclosed in the auction.
In these rare cases, please contact me via Ebay's My Messages *immediately* which will facilitate my ability to help resolve the issue.
Notwithstanding the above, please understand that I do not accept returns for buyer's remorse, size issues (please see the section above which covers this in more detail), etc.
