This is a RARE VINTAGE ORIGINAL 1971 "THE WORLD OF CARTOONS" POSTER by Rico Fonseca, it's VERY BIG, and it shows HUNDREDS of famous popular culture icons from THE BEATLES, to MARVEL COMICS SUPERHEROES, to DC COMICS SUPERHEROES, to SUNDAY NEWSPAPER COMIC STRIP FUNNIES CHARACTERS, to ANIMATED TV CARTOON CHARACTERS, to FLOWER POWER HIPPIE CULTURE, to ICONIC BREAKFAST CEREAL CHARACTERS, and MANY, MANY MORE! This scarce huge 1970's World of Cartoons poster measures about 44 inches wide by 26 inches tall. That's GIANT-SIZE, and it's very detailed in person! This 70's Rico Fonseca poster was based on an oil painting of the same title by Mr Fonseca.

CONDITION NOTES: This extremely rare and HUGE 70's icons poster has NEVER BEEN DISPLAYED, and it's in "VERY FINE" CONDITION (using comic book grading terms). It's got some light creases, some edge dings, and some water stain discoloration near the bottom edge where the words "World of Cartoons" are (see the photos). It is extremely difficult to find this vintage poster in any condition, which makes this poster even more scarce. I am 100 percent certain that many other poster dealers would grade this poster higher, but I prefer to grade conservatively. This description is (C) RLC.
