Returns due to functionality issues or damage from shipping may require images to be sent through the eBay member to member communication system before an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) can be provided.
We accept returns for buyer’s remorse for up to 14 days following delivery of an item. In situations such as this, it is the buyer’s responsibility to pay for shipping and return the item in the original condition it was received.
If the item is not packaged properly to arrive in the condition it was originally sent, it is subject to being returned or may not be eligible for a full refund.
For functionality, this item comes with a 60 day warranty from the date of delivery. If a problem occurs, please contact us with a detailed description of the issue so we can assist you. If we are unable to assist, we will issue an RMA form, and in some cases a prepaid label to have the item sent back for a replacement. If a replacement is needed, the same model will be sent.
If an item cannot be replaced due to lack of inventory, a full refund will be issued in place of an exchange.

Turnaround time once the non-working item is received is 1-3 business days, depending on the extent of testing required.
