In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during Shipping, then WE are responsible and will issue either a full refund or replacement. Shipping carrier claim will be open before refund or replacement.

You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.

Restock fee may apply to cover the original shipping. Please make sure to read the description before purchase. If we send the wrong product, we will cover shipping both way, no restock fee.

Ontario, California - Ships with FedEx Ground service, delivery time is 2 to 7 days within US. No local pickup or express shipping available.

Taiwan - Ships with DHL express ( Signature required on delivery)

Shipping Time from Taiwan warehouse: 

USA : 2 days to West coast, 3 to 4 days to the East coast, no duty or tax for US buyers.

Euro: 3 to 5 days. Buyer is responsible for local duty and tax.

Asia : 2 to 4 days DHL express

Rest of the world, DHL or EMS, 3 to 7 days delivery.
