We are a family run business trading since June 2005. Our business is predominantly the importing and installation of CCTV / Alarm equipment - We now offer a complete range of security products at lower than trade prices, which are tried and tested by ourselves in the field. Our key offering is that we will not simply supply a box, we will indeed help our customers select a product that will meet their requirement - All too often we are approached by customers who are deflated after purchasing inferior products (TAKE NOTE).

We aim to make all customers feel they can ask any questions no matter how basic and pride ourselves on after sales support which is critical for any CCTV installation. 

The CCTV world is an absolute minefield for a novice and we always strongly encourage ALL customers to discuss requirements on the phone before making any purchase!

We will assist with specifying a system, give estimates on install costs (very useful if using an installer), set up advice, right through to the full commisioning of a system!

We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of materials and labour. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible. Please allow extra time if you are paying by cheque.

Smaller items (upto 1Kg) will be shipped via Royal Mail with heavier items being deliverd using FEDEX Courier services.  When using FEDEX we like to include a customer contact number on the despatch note.

We warrantee and represent that the goods are as described in the above listing. We specifically disclaim any implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Should a customer wish to return a product for whatever reason then it is down to our discretion wether we accept the return. All products will be subject to a re-stocking fee unless otherwise agreed by MAP Security. The item must be returned in orginal packaging complete with all details!

Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced , however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item ( 14 days latest). It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us in its original packaging. If the item is found to be faulty, we will immediately issue a replacement product.

NB1: Due to nature of use we cannot offer any warranty on any power supplies OR hardrives. MAP Security only supply Seagate Hardrives and these are covered by upto a 3YR warrantee direct with Seagate UK.

NB2: CCTV Equipment - In order to avoid any issues we test ALL items before shipping! All cameras MUST use a power supply purchased from MAP Security for warranty to be valid!
