- Shipping
We offer Free Shipping for most Items.
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payments have cleared (processing time does not include weekend days).
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays).
Most shipment arrive in 2 to 3 business day, but shipments can take up to 10 business days for delivery. All buyers will receive tracking information for their order once the item has shipped. Most shipment will require a signature for delivery.
We can ship internationally using Ebay’s Global Shipping Service.
If you would like to cancel an eBay order after it has been placed, please contact us at 866-323-5773 or sales@323.tv as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request as long as the order hasn’t been shipped.
- Returns
323.TVâ„¢ has deployed thousands of conference systems. Our company takes great pride in customer satisfaction, and we are eager to address the occasional issue that may arise.
All sales are final, unless the following conditions apply:
If you believe that you received a defective item (DOA), please contact a 323.TV representative within five business days of receipt to identify the unit’s problem. If it is determined that the equipment is not working properly after trouble shooting with our Tech Support Team(913-422-0895), 323.TV will pay the return shipping costs and send a replacement, once the original item has been received at our facility. If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued in the amount of the purchase price and shipping.
If you believe that you received the wrong item, please contact a 323.TV representative within five business days of receipt. If it is determined that the incorrect product was shipped, 323.TVâ„¢ will pay the return shipping costs and send a replacement, once the original item has been received at our facility. If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued in the amount of the purchase price and shipping.
Inspect all Shipments for damage right way. If you believe that the item or package was damaged during the shipping process, please notify the carrier immediately. Then contact a 323.TV
. Be sure to keep all boxes and packaging. The carrier may need to inspect it for the claim process.

Please include the product serial number; the 323.TV invoice number and complete contact information (name, e-mail and phone number). Any concerns after five business days will be covered by the 323.TV one-year warranty policy.
