Please check the color and length before removing extensions from their packaging. If any part of the packaging (including the golden hygiene band) has been removed, we reserve the right to refuse exchange / refund.
We offer FREE COLOR EXCHANGES. In case the color is not right, you can send us a hair snippet /sample of old extensions; OR send photos to our ebay message to get correct color match.
Exchanges are processed within 24 hours of receiving the item back.
Refunds are given less postage cost as standard refund policy unless the item is defective on receipt in which case we will refund you the postage cost.
Buyer is responsible for the return postage costs to us if we have no fault.

Q:Are the hair real human hair?
A:Yes, all of our hair are made by 100% real human hair.

Q:How long do the extensions last?
A:Our hair extensions are 100% human hair, so If you treat them with care it is not uncommon for our extensions to last up to Six months. If not treated with care they will need to be replaced every three to three months. The better you look after them the longer they will last.

Q:Can they be straightened, curled and / or cut?
A:Yes, it's real human hair, so you can treat it as you would your own. Lush Hair Extensions can be straightened, curled and/or cut.

Q:Can I colour/Dye the hair?
A:Yes. The hair can be coloured. As a general rule it is easier to darken the hair than to lighten the hair. But blonde hair has been bleached more so more caution must be taken. Always use a good quality hair dye and test a small sample first

Q:I wash them and how often should I do that?
A:Wash them as you would your own hair. However for best results you should use a low PH shampoo and a small amount of conditioner, the extensions should be left to dry naturally.

Caring For Your Hair.

To keep clip in hair extensions in top condition please follow the instructions below.

- Be sure to brush the hair extensions daily. If needed, you can use a good leave in conditioner.
- Wash extensions weekly to prevent product build up.
- Brush hair from ends to roots before washing.
- Wash hair gently in lukewarm water.
- Do not rub or twist hair.
- Apply a small amount of conditioner and rinse thoroughly with clean lukewarm water.
- Gently squeeze out excess water and pat dry extensions with a towel.
- Its best to allow your extensions to air dry, but you can blow dry them on a low heat.
- Store extensions with clips closed to avoid having them tangle.
