Shipping within the U.S. is by U.S.P.S. Priority Mail. Your item will ship within 1 business day of receiving cleared payment. I will combine shipping on multiple purchases if you contact me before paying and additional items have a lower shipping rate. Please contact me to request this. International shipping is by EMS (U.S. Global Express). And again, once tracking with the US Postal Service shows point of entry into your country, our delivery guarantee is satisfied, and our shipment obligation has ended. For legal and insurance reasons, we are required to claim the full value of the order on all customs documents for all international shipments. International shipping rates are as follows: UK, Ireland, Holland, France, Spain - $36.75-$42.75, depending on the item, + $8.00 per additional item. Return Policy - You may return any item within 30 days for a refund.
Items returned must be in the same condition as received, and you must pay the return shipping fee (shipping, in either direction, is never refunded unless the return was my mistake).
To return an item, you must first obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) before sending item back, otherwise return will not be accepted and refund cannot be issued.
