Standard Delivery

For orders over £30 in value we send Recorded for UK delivery, regardless of weight and size. The vast majority of orders (over 90%) are despatched either on the same working day or the following working day. A signature may be required on receipt. Our standard delivery option includes packaging, handling and Royal Mail 2nd Class delivery postal costs.

 

Expedite Delivery

All order in the UK can have their orders sent out 1st Class with Royal Mail. These are despatched the same working day. A signature will be required on receipt. The cost of this is £5, regardless of weight and size.  This is the total cost of delivery, regardless of how many items you order.

 

EUROPE

Delivery Charge £10.00

Delivery to Europe is charged at £10.00 regardless of order value. Delivery is usually 4-7 days. A signature will be required on receipt.

AMERICAS & REST OF THE WORLD

Delivery Charge £10.00

Deliveries to regions outside of Europe are charged at £10.00 regardless of order value. Delivery is usually 5-10 days. All prices shown online include VAT. At checkout VAT (17.5%) will be deducted where applicable. A signature will be required on receipt.
 

Should you have a need to return goods, please e-mail enquires@newhealthcare.co.uk, or contact customer services by telephone who will be pleased to assist you by forwarding a return label. Please ensure you have your order reference number ready when contacting us.

To return products, please:

1. Contact us in regards to your return either my phone, email or using our contact us pay.

2. Carefully pack the items in protective bubble wrap, or similarly suitable packaging. Please do not use the product box as outer packaging and note that we will deduct the cost of any returned items damaged from any amount refunded to you. Please include the goods return authorisation code with your order number, name, date of order and address details.

Please note that, once opened and or used, products cannot be returned to us unless the product is faulty or broken. In addition products of a medicinal nature cannot be returned due to reasons of hygiene.

To help us process an exchange, refund or credit note when returning goods, we would be grateful if you could supply details of your order number, name, date of order and goods return authorisation code (provided by customer services). If the item is returned without a goods return authorisation code we will be unable to offer a refund or exchange. You will also be liable for the cost of re-delivery.

We highly recommend that items are returned via a Recorded Delivery service as we do not accept responsibility for items lost in the post.

In addition to our returns policy under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days from the date of receipt of the merchandise if you send us a notice of cancellation in writing and return the merchandise to us in their original, unopened and unused condition. You must contact us at enquires@newhealthcare.co.uk before returning an item to request a Returns authorisation code. If the item is returned without an authorisation code we will be unable to offer a refund or exchange. Your statutory rights are not affected.
