payments are expected within 5 days after your last winning auction has
closed. Other payment arrangements can be made for large purchases.
Shipping:
Domestic shipping is done near daily with UPS, USPS, or other heavy freight
carriers based on shipping location. Please make sure your eBay/PayPal
shipping address is correct; in most cases we cannot ship to addresses
other than what is registered. For International orders the buyer is
responsible for all applicable import duties and taxes. We insure items
over $250.00.

UPS is the selected courier for all international shipments by default. However, upon receiving payment, Hadalgo reserves the right to ship all international shipments via UPS or DHL. If international shipping is available to your delivery location via the United States Postal Service, we are happy to ship via USPS Express upon request. Returns:
All sales are
final - you may not return an item if it is working as intended. If the
item is found to be defective or not working as described in the auction
description, you may exchange it within 30 days of receiving the item
after the return has been authorized. If a replacement is not available,
a refund will be issued once the defective or damaged item is returned
and inspected. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Our liability will not extend beyond the original purchase price of any item. Any item modified or tampered with is not eligible for return. We mark all items and record the circuit board serial numbers on all Ethernet and high value items. We may use anti tampering labels at our discretion. We reserve the right to cancel transactions made in error, e.g. database glitches resulting in underpriced surplus. |
