These grommets sit on top of the cam cover as shown in the listing picture, underneath the metal caps (metal caps and nuts are not included).
Fits all Honda B-series DOHC VTEC engines including the B16, B16A, B16A2, B16B, B18C, B18C4, B18C6 B20B and B20Z as found in various Civic, CRX, del Sol and Integra.
