Choose from available options in each listing; USPS First Class Mail (eligible items and locations), USPS Priority Mail International (7-14 day transit) or USPS Express Mail International (5-9 day transit). Please keep in mind these times are approximate and remote locations might take longer. We have no control of transit times.
• USPS Express Mail International provides real time tracking capabilities whereas Priority Mail International tracking is limited to arrival at your customs office.
• Please use the shipping and payment tab in the listing to calculate your actual shipping charges.

Once your item arrives in satisfactory condition, please leave positive feedback and we will do the same for you. For whatever reason, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us immediately. As a courtesy to our customers we have implemented a limited return policy, outlined as follows:

• Due to health and hygiene reasons, we cannot offer a return or exchange on any intimate apparel item.
• Returns must be in the original condition as shipped and include all accompanying packaging. Please do not use the original shoe box as the shipping box or affix any labels to it as this damages the box and is therefore not in original condition.
• If your item ships for free in a Free Shipping Promotion and you return it, the actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
• You must request a return authorization number. Please e-mail us through eBay messages for your RA # and include it along with your eBay User ID with the return. We must receive the item back within 14 business days. The sooner we receive your return, the sooner you will receive your refund.
• We will issue you a refund via PayPal upon arrival less all shipping costs.

• -OR- We can issue a UPS return Label via e-mail and deduct the cost from the return. You would need to print it, attach it to the package, and drop it off at any convenient UPS location.
• In the event that the return is due to our error we will cover return shipping. Please do not pay for return shipping (via Post Office, UPS, or otherwise) and expect to be reimbursed. We will not refund any shipping charges incurred independently of above procedure.
