Every effort is made to ship the first business day after payment is received. The only exception is if you are purchasing an item that includes a custom nameplate. Our nameplates are generally produced Tuesday through Friday and please allow up to 2 business days for this item to be produced.

FedEx Ground shipping option is ONLY available to the lower 48 U.S. States. This option is not available to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or APO addresses. If you would like your item shipped to one of these addresses, please use the USPS shipping options provided.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted with 14 days of receipt of the item. Item must be in BRAND NEW and UNUSED condition. Please contact us prior to returning to get an RMA number. A 20% restock fee applies to all returns.
