DOMESTIC SHIPPING- We strive to ship all orders the same day as your payment is received. Some orders may ship the next business day.
- We ship Monday thru Friday. Our warehouse is closed on Saturday and Sunday. Most orders ship the same business day.
- We ship most of our items via USPS.
- Larger items may be shipped UPS.
- Our delivery goal is 2-4 business days after your order has cleared. Please keep in mind the delivery dates on the eBay listing is an estimate. We can not be held responsible for delays due to weather or courier mistakes.
- If you paid with a PayPal e-check, it may take several days for your payment to clear. We cannot ship your item until your payment clears.
- We ship to APO/FPO and Post Office Box addresses
- We also ship to Alaska and Hawaii. Additional charges may apply on large items.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING- We ship all eligible items to International addresses via USPS.
- We have no control over how long it takes the post office to deliver your package.
- Customs clearance can take a few days to a few weeks.
- First Class International shipping is the least expensive but it is also the slowest (anywhere from 2-5 weeks)
- We suggest Priority Mail International shipping because it is faster (1-2 weeks) and it is also insured.
Wondering what type of payment methods we take? Look no further, we accept all the major ones and Paypal, which is the preferred payment method on eBay. If you would like to pay by a credit card that is no problem as well. Just give us a call and we would be happy to take care of you. We will also even take a check. Just mail it off to us, with all the information of what you would like to get, and as soon as it clears we will ship your item.

Bought the wrong product, or it didn't fit your needs? No problem. Returns or exchanges can be made up to 30 days after the purchase date.
Email us to initiate a return or exchange and get your Return Authorization (RA) number. Please include your name, order number, and reason for return.
We'll take the item back as long as it's new with all tags and original packaging (if applicable). Just ship it all back to us by any method you choose, but we recommend you use a service with tracking or delivery confirmation.
Looking to exchange? We will send you an invoice for an upgrade or issue a refund for a downgrade, depending on the price difference. Your exchange item will be shipped to you via our standard shipping method.
Just want a refund? Refunds usually take 1-3 business days to process back through your original method.
