Please be aware all measurements are approximate and I go to great lengths to take very high quality photographs to help buyers judge the condition of the shoes.  Sometimes its very hard to tell what the material is but if it is leather I will try and say.

About My Shop
The ShoePod was created after realising a lot of us ladies buy shoes for maybe just one occasion and to pay full retail price seems extravagant so here i hope you will find a variety of shoes from New(other) to Used.  I pride myself on the shoes I offer and although almost new it is a safer item to retail on ebay, i also feel that older used shoes (with the odd mark or two) may also be of interest to people for other fashion reasons so i try to offer the full spectrum as this enables me to offer more interest.

Shipping
I use 48 hour (Royal Mail) service for all of our standard deliveries. For express shipping we use Royal Mail's 24 hour tracked service. All parcels are dispatched by the following day of order being received and cleared payment.  OVERSEAS BUYERS please contact once a purchase has been made so that I can give you an accurate cost of postage as the current cost of postage is an estimated one.  International signed for is compulsory - Sorry !!!

Returns and if things go wrong:
I really do try my best to offer a top quality service, description of item and post rapidly but still things can and will go wrong unfortunately.  If you are not happy with your item, please contact me before considering neutral or negative feedback as I will try my up most to resolve any issues you may have. Please be aware that RETURN POSTAGE is paid by the buyer under ebay conditions.   Although delivery is normally next day or the day after the Post Office states I have to allow 14 days before they class items as lost.  This has caused some issues in the past as understandably the buyer wants the item or if its not arrived at the expected time a full refund, but sadly because of the Post Office my hands are tied until they admit its lost after 14 days.  Not an ideal situation for our buyers or me but thankfully that situation is pretty rare.
