Click on the link 'request total from seller' to allow a manual override and replace with your super bargain postage cost and combine your items on one invoice. BUT if you choose to pay without a combined invoice ebay automatically takes over and will charge on each item and once payment has gone through it cannot be changed nor refunded.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS - If you are buying multiple items please request a quote PRIOR to buying. Buy your items again DO NOT CHECK OUT to allow an override and manually put in your postage costs. For your peace of mind your tracking is uploaded to your invoice on ebay upon dispatch for you to keep track of your items.

Please allow 3-5 days from payment for your order to be dispatched as each and every item is custom made to order. This allows for blending of oils, curing of items etc. Your order is then dispatched via Australia Post eparcel road service which takes approx 8 - 10 working days to arrive from rural NT (where I live). For those who would like their items quicker and cannot wait for road delivery Express post is available at $9.95 which takes 3 - 5 working days. On dispatch an email is sent direct from Australia Post to the email on your invoice NOT through ebay so please ensure your email is correct otherwise you will not get your tracking information. Prior to contacting House of Candles check your junk folder in your email it may have gone there.

To safe guard you as a buyer and House of Candles as a seller a signature is required on all items and there is NO safe dropping at your door or any other area. Should you be concerned about your order that has not arrived within the dates that ebay gave you upon purchase please first go to www.auspost.com.au and input the tracking number that was emailed to you. This will give you an up-to-date status of your order. After 7 days if your items are not picked up from your post office your order will be returned to sender. There is no refunds if this occurs and the buyer is liable for return postage costs to have the order re-sent.

You have 4 wonderful days to pay for your items. Payment method preferred is paypal but bank deposits are also accepted where you must leave your ebay ID as reference. Any other reference will delay your order. If payment is not received within 4 days on the 5th day an automatic unpaid dispute is opened.

The highest of care is taken when wrapping your items. If your item is damaged in transit simply send an email with photos of the damage and an exchange is immediately dispatched. House of Candles does not accept cancellations of any sales. There are no refunds if you simply do not like a fragrance.
