Damage in transit

Please check the packing and the safety tape when you get your order. Do not sign the receipt before inspecting for damage. Check to see if the packages has been opened or if the sealing tape has been tampered with. If you can see a damage, have the driver wait while you open and inspect the package. Write down the number and identity of the driver.

Pick up and Collect

Customers who want to look for watches from us in store or even pick up, please contact us for an appointment, because we stock many watches in the bank and will need a short lead time in order to collect them for you.

Customs and import fees for deliveries to countries outside the EU

Please note that for deliveries to countries outside the European Union (third countries) may apply additional customs duties or taxes when the purchased goods has reached the third country. These additional customs duties or taxes borne by the purchaser. The seller has no control over these charges and can not predict what the amount, since customs policies vary from country to country considerably. We ship to every country in the world. We will send you tracking numbers when items are shipped. We insure all of our packages. Delivery is usually 10 days after shipping, unless your customs delay packages. International customs may delay your packages. We will do everything possible to address any questions from your customs officers. So far, none of our packages were returned by foreign customs. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. These charges are normally collected by the delivering shipping company (DHL or UPS) or when you pick the item up, do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items 'gifts' - International government regulations do not allow such behavior.
