Terms of Sale
All items within the store are sold "as is" and cannot be substituted. If you need a substitution it will take approximately 4 business days to ship out your custom item but please send us a message before you purchase to make sure that we can create the item you're imagining. If you'd like to add a name, the cost is $4 and we will send you a Paypal money request upon request. All requests must be received within 30 minutes of your purchase or there is a chance that the item would have shipped out and we cannot retrieve it to personalize it.
