We aim to send all products within 24-48 hours of receipt of payment, but we cannot be held liable for any delays caused by the post office, vacations, bank holidays, bad weather etc.
Our FREE POSTAGE offering includes SECOND CLASS shipping within the UK (2-3 working days), but you may choose to purchase FIRST CLASS shipping or SPECIAL DELIVERY for an additional fee. Internationally we send with STANDARD INTERNATIONAL MAIL.
In the rare occasion that the item can't be sent from our UK head office (due to availability or holiday) we reserve the right to ship from our German office. In this case the item would take a few days longer to arrive
If you are awaiting the delivery of your product, please allow the following waiting periods to pass BEFORE contacting us. In most cases delivery is only delayed by the post office and the items will arrive:

- Worldwide – 28 days

You are welcome to return items within 30 days of receipt of item in the original packaging and complete with labels (if applicable). Items have to be in a resellable state. Return postage costs are at buyers expense. If the item is faulty or not as described return postage costs will be covered by us. Original Postage and Packaging charges will be refunded in either situation.
