Returns for refund (less shipping) or exchange are accepted on listed priced items if returned within 14 days of our outbound shipment.  Returns for store credit or exchange on listed priced items or best offer items can be made if returned 14-30 days of our outbound shipment.  Returns must be returned within 7 business days of Return Authorization number issued.  Item must be returned in new condition, with no rips, marks, scuffs, stains, odors or other sign of wear.  This includes boot bottoms so we suggest you try boots on in a carpeted area.  All tags must still be attached in original manner.  Boot returns and other boxed items must be inside the untapped and undamaged boot box in which they were originally packaged.
