  • Lucky Penny warranty: The instrument you have purchased was manufactured under carefully controlled conditions using the finest materials available. It was designed and built to give you years of satisfactory service. We warrant this instrument against defects in workmanship or materials for a period of ten (10) years from the date of purchase. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

  • If a defect develops during the warranty period, you should promptly notify our Customer Service Department in writing at 103 W. Dakota St., Butler, Mo. USA 64730 and explain the nature of the problem. You will receive a prompt reply from a Customer Service representative with knowledgeable suggestions on how you might quickly remedy the problem.

    A replacement part may be shipped to you at no charge. In the event the problem cannot be remedied through these means, you will be asked to return the instrument to Lucky Penny Music, Customer Service Department, 103 W. Dakota St, Butler, MO. 64730 where, at our option, it will be repaired or replaced with an equivalent instrument of the same model. Should a return be necessary, the unit should be sent freight prepaid and insured for value. You are responsible for all freight charges.

    This warranty applies only to the original owner and does not cover broken strings; damage caused by abuse, accident, negligence, or improper storage; rusting or corrosion; normal wear and tear; damage caused by exposure to the elements or damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications. This warranty does not apply unless the product is registered within 10 days of the date of your purchase of the instrument.

Return Policy

You may return any item that you buy from Butler Music for a refund of your purchase price within 30 days of receiving the item. The buyer (you) is generally responsible for shipping charges both ways. We want all buyers to be happy and all buyers to get a great deal but we sell everything at a very small profit so we cannot generally afford to refund shipping costs on returned itemsIf an item is defective and you are in the Continental US, we WILL pay return shipping and send a replacement for any defective item. If you are returning an item for a refund you must pay the return shipping.If you are outside the Continental US, you are responsible for all shipping both ways no matter what the issue is. Shipping Policy

Residents in Alaska or Hawaii: Please contact us for a shipping quote.

All items ship within one business day of payment. Shipments are processed Monday through Friday. Any payments received after 2pm Central Standard Time Friday will ship the following business day, Monday. We do not ship , answer emails, or take phone calls on Saturdays, Sundays or any postal Holidays. Some items may also be able to be picked up locally, please contact us ahead of time to set up a pickup. Please do not provide a PO Box as your shipping address when choosing UPS Ground. Only USPS can deliver to a PO Box.

Orders out of the US are shipped Priority Mail International. Customs duties , VAT's, brokerage fees, and taxes are NOT part of the quoted shipping cost and are to be paid by the customer when the package is delivered (unless the customer is purchasing the item through the eBay Global Shipping Program which DOES quote import duties). Please check the fees in your country before bidding. We will not declare any item for less than the actual sale price.
