- When buying products within a multi-buy offer, please ensure that you ‘ADD TO BASKET’ to take advantage of automatically applied discounts
- In buy x get y free offers, please add all products to the basket e.g., 4 for 3 = Buy 3 get 1 free: add 4 for your basket in order for the discount to be applied
- Discounts are ‘spread’ across all offer-related products in the basket and this will be confirmed in your basket screen
- We combine postage costs across our product ranges for all customers
- Discounts should be calculated automatically at checkout where items have been added to the basket, if this does not happen, please get in touch
- We prefer payment by PayPal, however we can also accept cash on collection, online or phone card payments, cheque and BACS payments by arrangement
- We only dispatch orders upon receipt of cleared payment
- Your order will be packaged with care and sent in secure packaging. Dispatch times are approximately 12pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) although we will dispatch more frequently during busy and seasonal periods. All postage offers cited in listings are for UK delivery only
- If for any unforeseen circumstance we are unable to dispatch your item on time, we will get in touch and offer a variety of options
- All UK items are dispatched using Royal Mail 24 and 48 services (non-tracked). Our express tracked courier service is usually Interlink Express. We are unable to offer courier (next day) services to non-UK mainland destinations. Please do not request tracking information if you have not selected a tracked delivery service. Proof of postage is always obtained
- Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee delivery days or times unless you have selected and paid for a tracked service. We cannot be held accountable for delays by the postal service or courier. Royal Mail services do not operate on Sundays or bank holidays. Courier services do not operate on weekends or bank holidays. Next day delivery is restricted to mainland UK areas only, if you select this service for delivery to a non-mainland UK destination, your delivery method will be amended to the fastest method available to that UK order destination
- International delivery available where stated in the description. European air mail deliveries usually occur within 5 days of dispatch and rest of the World within 8 days, however please allow 14 from dispatch before contacting us regarding delivery
- In the event of any kind of return, please get in touch through the ebay messaging system or at returns@tiger-cub.co.uk in advance so that we can provide you with necessary instructions and process refunds or exchanges more swiftly
- If you wish to cancel your order and it has not been dispatched, please let us know as soon as possible and we can cancel and refund the full original payment
- If you change your mind, you have 40 working days to return your item to us, unfortunately we are unable to reimburse postage costs (original or return) in this event but will process the appropriate item cost refund upon receipt. The returned goods must be in sealed and in a resalable state, any goods or accessories that accompany the returned product must also be returned. If the goods returned are not in a satisfactory condition, we reserve the right to offer a partial refund as opposed to full product refund
- If you need to return a product purchased from us then you have 40 working days from receipt to do so. If the return is due to missing, damaged or faulty parts, then we will offer a full refund or replacement (whichever you prefer), provided we are aware of the issue within 14 working days of order receipt
- For any return that is owing to a product fault or warehouse error, the refund of any original delivery charge and/or delivery return cost will be covered by us

- We strive to maintain our excellent customer feedback. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please get in touch with us prior to leaving feedback so that we can find an acceptable solution
- Occasionally, manufacturers update their product packaging before item listing pictures and information can be updated. We will always dispatch our most up to date product to you
- For some items, where stated, we can accept colour requests. Please be aware that we cannot always guarantee colour selection unless explicitly stated on the item listing. Please contact us ahead of ordering if you require a specific colour to check availability. We will always get in touch with you if there is a discrepancy between requested colour/style and availability
