Q.How long is your shipping time?

A. Please refer to our Shipping and Handling section for more infomration.  Shipment normally takes 15-25 Working days to most US / AU / EU destinations. Exact delivery days varies by different countries. Please make sure the shipping address provided by PayPal is correct. If you don't receive it beyond 25 days , please contact your local post to check your parcel and tell us.

Q.What should I do if I didn't receive my item?

Q.How much do you charge for the customs?

A.Import duties and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. Buyer needs to pay these fees if your local custom requires. Please check with your customs to determine if these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

We offer full refund if you receive defective item, please contact us for returning instruction. 

Return of goods is accepted within 14 days after item is received from buyer. 

You can choose money back or exchange. If stock is not available, only PayPal refund will be made. Customer is responsible for returning shipping cost. 

Returned item must be kept in good and original condition for full Refund. 

Warranty does not cover driver incompatibility, normal wear, unauthorized firmware upgrade, non-rechargeable batteries, consumable, and damage due to accidents, physical fore, water, fire, power surge, act of God, or other mis-use.
