TheWatchery accepts Paypal only and will only ship to confirmed ship to Paypal addresses. Please make sure your Paypal address on file is up to date and accurate. Please check our FAQ page for up to date answers on many common questions.

TheWatchery collects sales tax (as state law requires) on orders shipping to Arkansas, Florida, California, Connecticut, New York, Pennsylvania, and Rhode Island. Customers residing in other states may be required by your state's tax authority to pay a "use" tax on your out-of-state internet and/or catalog purchases. While it is not the responsibility of TheWatchery to charge or collect this "use" tax from you at this time, we are alerting our customers regarding this possibility as a courtesy. If you require further information on this issue, we suggest you contact the tax authority in your state directly. Current sales tax rates can be viewed within the shopping cart checkout page.

TheWatchery ships order within 2-4 business days. We offer free expedited shipping as well 3-day and 2-day shipping methods, for a fee, on most of our products. Free standard shipping arrives in 2-3 business days after the order has shipped, for most packages via USPS Priority Mail. We use all major mail carriers, including UPS, FedEx and the United States Post Office. Customers cannot specify the carrier of their choice.

International shipping is either calculated by ebay's Global Shipping Program or is based on TheWatchery's international rates. TheWatchery's international rate is $39.99 for most countries plus $10 for each additional item in the same order. Shipping to Canada is $21.00 plus $5.00 for each additional item in the same order. GSP International Shipping rates includes seller specified US shipping charges as well as applicable international shipping, handling, and other fees.

Important note about international shipments: Any taxes, duties and VATs required on International shipments (not processed via GSP) to your country are to be paid by the customer upon receipt of the package. We do not prepay or calculate the taxes on shipments that are not part of GSP, you can contact your local customs office and they can provide you with a quote based on the item(s) which you are ordering. Please note any packages which are not accepted and returned to us will result in forfeiture of all shipping charges as well as all other charges we may incur, including but not limited to the full price of refused item.

TheWatchery will gladly accept the return of new, unused, and undamaged merchandise within 30 days from delivery date.

The returned merchandise must be in its original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase and the original copy of the warranty, as well as the original documentation and packaging; otherwise the return will not be honored.

All shipping and handling costs in connection with the ILSwarranty service are the responsibility of the customer. This warranty is valid only at TheWatchery on ebay.
