30 Days - Warranty starts from day of delivery. You must email for RMA within 30 days of delivery.
- FYI - 90% of returned items the past 10 years were 100% working when returned. Please make sure you know how to install the item and have the correct components/parts needed for the item before purchasing or emailing for RMA instructions.
- Please keep all packing materials for shipping damage claims.
- Please check the manual's troubleshooting section and verify compatibility of other parts installed, before emailing for support or RMA instructions.
- If you find that the item you received is not what was pictured/described, please email us for RMA instructions.
Terms and Conditions
- Please email us with ANY questions you may have before buying an item. We will do our best to reply within 12 hours.
- We are not able to ship items over $50 outside of the US without a confirmed PayPal address when paid with PayPal.
- We strongly recommend that you keep the box and packing materials we shipped the item in for a 30 day period.

Return Policy -
You must Email for RMA # before returning the item. All items must be returned to back to us for testing.
Shipping is not refundable.
- Exchange/Full refund: If an item does not pass our tests, you will have the option between exchange (if we have the same item in stock) or a refund.
- Partial refund: If an item is returned and it works as described, you have the option between shipping it back to you at your expense, or receiving a refund, minus our shipping cost (for free shipping items) and 20% restocking/processing fee.
- No refund: If an item is returned damaged due to improper handling, poor packing or shipping damage.
