It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas, and you will take holiday cheer everywhere you go with this OOAK green Mini Top Hat by Ms. Purdy! A festive poinsettia with an amazing cluster of candy cane curliques and matching red hatband is the focal point of this little gem. A large feather pouf in the back is a cheerful complement to the very merry decorations on the front. Santa will make sure to deliver this by Polar Express to Mrs. Claus. It is such a fun hat!

 My mini top hats are not tiny like the ones you see elsewhere. This one measures 7.5”x6.75”x3” tall. I have added an elastic band that tucks under your hair at the nape of your neck to keep the hat in place. A small comb under the back brim adds extra stability. Because of the extra embellishments, this hat is slightly heavy and may need a couple of bobby pins to help it stay in place. Since this is a custom design, all sales are final. I am unable to offer exchanges or refunds. Please convo me with any questions. I have listed several other hats with different accents and trimmings, so the selection is varied and beautiful.
