Shipping Policy
1.Ship to most countries from Hong Kong Post or Singapore Post which depend on the item location. "Economy Shipping from outside US or Economy Int'l Shipping " are shipping method without tracking; It will come with Tracking # if you choose the shipping of "Expedited Shipping from outside US"
2.International Buyers :Please Note:
a. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
b. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
3. Package handling only takes 1 business days at our warehouse, so please make sure entering correct payment and shipping information before checking out. Once your payment is completed, we are not going to accept any more changes to your order.
4. All items will be shipped to buyer's ebay address. Before you pay, please make sure your address in ebay match the address you would like us to ship to.
5. Ship within 2 business days once payment completed. We do not ship on weekend or public holidays.
6. Item normally will arrive in 7-16 working days but sometimes goes to 25-30 days for remote area. That is depends on the freight in different countries.
Payment
We accept two payment methods
1) PayPal: payment is clear immediately once the payment is made.
2)Payment should be sent within 7 (SEVEN) days of auction closing..
For transactions can be finalized promptly, we request customers to make the payment within 7 days. However if the customers do not contact us in 10 days, we will have to rise an unpaid case against the buyer.
Return Policies
1. Refunds given only if item DOA and cannot be replaced via PAYPAL . If so, Please reported within 5 days and return to us within 14 days from the delivery date for exchange or refund.
2. Return shipping fee is the responsibility of buyer unless the return is a result of our mistake.And all NON-seller mistake returns for refund are subject to 20% re-stocking fee.
3. If you need return, please contact our customer service representative, let us know the detailed problem and send us some pictures for confirmation.
