This frilly little white wedding top hat fascinator is covered in beautiful white lace, and features roses in a nest of white lace fan bows. Has tulle mesh bow and long veil in back.

Has alligator clips on the underside on either side for easy wear.

Approximate Dimensions of hat base: 6 1/2" from edge of front brim to back brim, 5 3/4" from edge of brim across one side to the other, and total height about 2 1/2"
